Individual Counselling

Face to face counselling and therapy, helping you get one step towards your mental wellness plan. 

 

Sessions are run weekly and allow for inner self work. Juanine uses a variety of modalities, namely Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Brief therapy, Person Centered and Trauma Informed care. 

Online Sessions available, via ZOOM. 

WINZ funding, Gumboot Friday & EAP available for these sessions.
